Michael Griffith

Michael Griffith PT, CSCS received his Master’s of Science in physical therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center and he is president of 3-D Performance Systems. His area of expertise is lower extremity function, core training, and comprehensive biomechanical exams and performance profiles of  PRO athletes. He has taught continuing education courses on sports performance from a 3-D perspective to physical therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, personal trainers, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

He also teaches a biomechanics course with an emphasis on the foot and how the foot can affect the knee and hip; inhibiting sports performance. He has been featured in Men’s Fitness, the Strength and Conditioning Journal, Diabetes Forecast, and contributed to the Complete Idiot’s Guide to Core Conditioning. He is the creator of 3D Abs: Core Conditioning for Performance and Definition and 3-D Legs training DVD’s.
